Watched the film, read the material...I've finally found the true purpose for my Norwalk juicer. I had been searching for a juicing regimen to incorporate into my family's diet without going overboard...this is it! It all makes complete sense and best of all it's all spelled out for you. I was very pleased to receive this bundle in the mail. Even though I watched this documentary before, I liked it so much I wanted to purchase it. I watched the movie a second time with my Grandmother and now I'm reading the book. Their is a lot of good information presented in the documentary and the book as well. I feel it was well worth my money.
